Replio ("we", "us") operates the Replio app and keyboard. This policy explains what we process and why.
1. Information we process
- Text you choose to process. When you tap an AI action, the text you select or paste is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our backend to generate a reply. We do not record your general typing or keystrokes.
- Screenshots. If you use screenshot scanning, text recognition happens on your device. The image is not uploaded — only the recognized text you choose to process is sent.
- Purchase information. Subscriptions are handled by Apple and our provider RevenueCat, which gives us purchase status tied to an anonymous, app-generated identifier. We never receive your payment card details.
- Anonymous device identifier. We generate a random ID stored on your device to manage your subscription entitlement and daily limit. It is not the advertising identifier and does not personally identify you.
2. What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites (no advertising or analytics SDKs).
- We do not require an account, name, email, or access to your contacts.
3. Service providers
- RevenueCat — subscription management.
- Our AI processing provider — generates the reply from the submitted text.
- Apple — App Store and in-app purchases.
4. Data retention
Submitted text is used to generate your reply and is not used to build a profile of you. Request text is not retained after the reply is returned. (Confirm this matches your backend before launch.)
5. Children
Replio is not directed to children under 13.
6. Your choices
You can stop all processing by removing the keyboard and deleting the app. For any request, contact us at wanyier652@gmail.com.
